Whitby, Ontario - Ontario's police watchdog has reported fatalities after a serious crash on Highway 401 in Whitby reportedly. An infant is among the four people killed in the crash. Emergency services vehicles responded to the scene of the deadly crash on Highway 401 in Whitby on April 29.

In a separate incident, a motorcyclist is in hospital following a collision in Whitby. Officials say two men in their 20s were airlifted to hospital after a serious crash in north of Whitby. The motorcyclist has suffered serious injuries in the crash, police said.
